Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
Do you offer international shipping for home decor items?
Currently, we only ship within North America. We are working on expanding our logistics to offer international delivery for our signature collections in the near future.
What is your return policy for furniture and fragile items?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that fragile items require extra care during return shipping to qualify for a full refund.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
