These high quality syrups are made by third-generation maple syrup producer Martin Malenfant on his 500-hectare family-owned and operated sugar bush in Baie-des-Chaleurs on Quebec's Gaspé Peninsula. Traceable from forest to plate, they have no additives or preservatives and are certified organic.
- Extra Rare: Harvested in small quantities at the beginning of the season, it is light in colour and delicate in taste
- Late Harvest: Harvested at the end of the season, it is intensely dark and has a rich caramel flavour
- Great Harvest: Harvested mid-season it has a medium taste. Thick, pure and with a buttery mouthfeel
