Designed by Alejandro Ruiz for Alessi, Parmenide grates, serves, and stores Parmesan and other hard cheeses. The stainless steel grater snaps on to the thermoplastic container which catches the cheese as it's grated, allowing you to sprinkle cheeses tableside.
