At Bergo Designs, we want you to love every piece you select for your home; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer care team via email with your order number and the specific home decor items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your items in their original designer packaging and protective materials to ensure they remain undamaged during the transit back to our gallery.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or arrange for a pickup for larger furniture pieces.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
